Prince Tech's Starks goes for 59

Prince Tech doesn't get a whole lot of recognition around here due to playing in the Constitution State Conference, and being based out of Hartford, but the club has a senior guard, Philip Starks, worth keeping an eye on.
Starks lit up Windham Tech for 59 points Tuesday night in a 109-98 win for Prince Tech, its first of the season. You may remember Starks helped lead Prince Tech to the Class S state finals as a junior, losing to Hyde in the final at the Mohegan Sun Arena.
